Let Me Go-Personnel List

To clearly identify the personnel required, I made a list of who's is going to help me working on my movie. The movie needs only seven actors, and only me and the people I mentioned are dedicated to act certain kind of characters, but I still have some people who are willing to substitute those in any case. Me being the director and an actor, I need some help to shoot the scenes when I am in the shot, this is why I hired two camera assistants who are going to follow my storyboard as I will say. The last member of the crew is the microphone assistant who's going to make sure to catch the audio in the best quality. For privacy respect, I chose to not to add the contact details of the cast and crew online, but personally I have them.

Let Me Go-Storyboard

Storyboard from MayankKumar398 Because of the long dialogue scenes of my script, I wanted my movie to have a different shot for every kind of dialogue in the script. To clearly show myself how I will handle certain types of camera movements or angles in determinate scenes, this is why I will follow my storyboard as close as I can. It will help me to visualize what the audience will see and feel about how the camera runs around the two main characters emphasizing their dialogues and reminding of certain types of stock shots in the genre I'm doing. In fact most of the cop thriler movies have this interrogation scenes which are often directed with shots of  the area where the scene is going to take place, followed by some shot reverse shot dialogues.

Let Me Go-Risk Assisment

Risk assessment template from MayankKumar398 The Risk Assessment Form is fundamental in a movie of this Genre, the cop thriller kind of movie always has to do with lots of violence, and weapons. So this part helps me to visualize which are the real risk we are going to be exposed to. The only medium level risk comes when I have to punch a table for dramatic purposes, this could seriously hurt my hands or my arms if I ever hit the wrong spot by mistake, and it's the only stunt that I can't control. There also will be a body to body assault, where one of my actors is going to pretend to punch me, which is totally controllable, but in case the scene wouldn't match my taste, I might take the punch for real.

Let Me Go-Location Scout

Location scouting template from MayankKumar398 I know that it's a very low budget movie, so I tried to restrain everythin in only one location, both interiors and exteriors. The whole shooting will be set in the photography studio, the control room, the parking, the staff room, and the corridoors of the Sunderland College. I also noted the nearest hospital, in case any member of our cast and crew gets harmed. I talked about the fire alarm, just to make sure about the security system, even if for the purposes of the narration, there won't be any fire light up in the interior building. For privacy respect, I chose to not to add the contact details of the cast and crew online, but personally I have them.

Let Me Go-Script

Script let me go from MayankKumar398 I wrote my script on Celtx.com, which structures my layout in the universal accepted formatting for film scripting, known as Master Scene Script, also because prospective studios will not even read scripts that are not produced in this format. The fact that my movie doesn't have a various change of scenes and locations, permitted me to have a simple script, which is just an exchange of dialogues and actions mixed together to allow the reader to follow the story. And it also gives me the main idea of what the actors are mainly going to talk about, obviously if during the shooting some of the lines won't work, I'm going to change them during the production.

Let Me Go-Proposal

Let me go movie proposal from MayankKumar398 My Proposal is the basic idea of my movie written down to pitch the concept of my short movie to any future investor. I tried to provide a brief synopsis of what the plotline it's going to be, I described the structure of the screenplay, just to help myself to have a clear storyboard in my mind  and how to structure it. I wrote about some key information about my characters, their feelings, how they're going to act and the reason of certain behaviour. It also helps me to being able to present my idea to a possible company which I could want to finance my movie, talking through all the main points of the movie, also making me and the company consider who the target audience it's going to be.
